Beginning Adults Class

Monday, Wednesday, Friday
6:30 pm to 7:45 pm

These classes focus on adult challenges. Classes include forms, techniques and self-defense basic to Tang Soo Do as well as the incorporation of other martial arts techniques to provide a well-rounded foundation for self-defense.

We also encourage students to work on individual fitness, diet, coordination, ego, and self-esteem by helping students to recognize negative patterns in their lives and then challenging students to improve them. By attending self-defense classes, you will learn to apply common sense in handling confrontational situations; you will learn practical techniques in order to defend yourself.

Advanced Adults Class

Thursday

6:30 pm to 7:45 pm

This class gears our students towards black belt success and is available for blue belts and above. Adult self-defense deals with mature content and real-life situations.

At this level, students may be invited into the Black Belt Club and can participate in Instructors Class. Students will be coached in instruction and leadership skills.

Advanced students are allowed to participate in all evening adult classes, Monday through Friday. Thursday night classes focus specifically on their advanced martial arts needs.
