Many of our instructors and students just came back from our annual advanced belt camp trip. This three day long camping trip gives the advanced belts and instructors a chance to challenge themselves, take a break from technology, learn more about themselves, and build life-long friendships with their peers.
This year, the group camped up near Four Mile Lake and participated in a number of different activities. They took a run through the woods, hiked Mt. Mcloughlin, played tug-o-war on logs, played capture the flag with weapons, and studied the history of various different styles of martial arts.
