These classes focus on adult challenges. Classes include forms, techniques, and self-defense basic to Tang Soo Do as well as the incorporation of other martial arts techniques to provide a well-rounded foundation for self-defense. We also encourage students to work on individual fitness, diet, coordination, ego, and self-esteem by helping students to recognize negative patterns in their lives and then challenging students to improve them. By attending self-defense classes, you will learn to apply common sense in handling confrontational situations; you will learn practical techniques in order to defend yourself.
